Tea Doraku

I came here with some friends recently for bubble tea after dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the food options here, including ramen! We ordered a bucket of their popcorn chicken (seasoned in garlic and basil) and I ordered a taro bubble milk tea (made with fresh taro, not powdered). When I came another time though, they forgot my order. Not a good experience second time around.

Alright so the boba, it's average at best. But their curry ramen. So good. I'd come here for their ramen and popcorn chicken. Boba would just be an after thought.

Good drinks all kind, but the parking lot is always an issue at lunch time.

Probably my favorite Boba chain in the Bay Area, maybe slightly cheaper, but better tasting Taro Milk Boba tea than other boba places.

Real good, got the roasted oolong boba with salted heavy cream, super delicious. Would recommend!

Best popcorn chicken in the area with garlic and fresh Thai basil. My favorite drink is Hokkaido with 30% sugar with tofu replace for boba. The ramen is quite salty to me, but it is good. Other i-Tea may not have the same quality, so don’t expected when you order.

Came here with my family for the first time since we were in that area and we loved Boba tea. Tried their Hokkaido milk pudding milk tea,(for the first time and I liked it) Okinawa milk tea, matcha milk tea, jasmine milk tea, classic milk tea and strawberry slush. They tasted good. If you buy five drinks, you get one drink for free. The place was a bit crampy but the table was clean and ambience was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Service was fast and efficient. I suggest them to take a notch down on sugar level, even the 30% sugar level is still too sweet. We will come back.

Pretty good Tonkotsu ramen and Miso ramen. The texture of the noodle is just right, and soup is hot and well flavored without being too salty. Comes with egg and tender slices of meat.Their Takoyaki is also very good. Served piping hot and comes with that unmistakable sauce, it's exactly what I expected from Takoyaki.

I love this place. Great snacks with many different teas. The popcorn chicken is simply scrumptious

This is one of the best place for bubble tea in Milpitas. They have a wide variety of bubble tea, and they are all properly made (not just sugar mix). They also serve decent food. The ramen is nice. Be sure to try their fried tofu and their chicken wings.

The tea was pretty good. There's tea flavor without it being bitter. Tea is not overly sweet. Had an order of the popcorn chicken and that was pretty good. There's a decent amount of chicken, and it was crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Order was filled relatively fast.

This Boba tea shop is one of the best and you can have your drinks customized worth how got want the sweetness and amount of ice. I like their matcha green tea with red bean!

Good food and good drinks. Very busy and crowded. Hard to find an open table but with patience you will find one because people come and go fast. Ingredients will run our towards end of day. Ramen is good but not great.

My favorite tea place in Milpitas. I think it's the best tea here for prices that don't feel too high. The popcorn chicken is also fantastic. There's often a crowd here which is understandable due to what I just mentioned. They serve dinner for dine-in as well. The ramen is quite good. They also serve rice bowls, but I have not tried them. I mainly come here for tea and popcorn chicken. Both are delicious. My only complaint with the place is that it doesn't have enough space and can feel crowded during their busy hours if you are trying to spend time there. I highly recommend this place.

This place has become quite popular, especially at night and lunch time. They serve bubble tea and ramen, which are surprisingly good pair. Their selection of bubble tea is quite unique but a little pricy. Most house special drinks start at $4 and ramen is more than $10.

Went to i-Tea on a Wednesday night around 7:30. Not too busy but steady and didn't have to wait in line. Ordered the unagi rice bowl, calimari, and a couple of drinks. It was all very good. One of my favorite go to milk tea places.

It's a little hidden from the main thoroughfare of Calaveras. I was very satisfied with everything I ordered. The taro milk tea had bits of real taro. The veggie bowl I got was cooked perfectly and had great taste. The portion size was perfect. A great place to get boba and small bites to eat.

The tea and snacks here are bigger and better than any other boba tea places around. The flavors are really unique.

Doraku thanks so much for an Amazing dinner. I stumbled upon this diner on my way to another restaurant. When I saw how much it was bustling inside with happy people, I took a chance and ordered the Veggie Don. Yep it was delish!!!

Too popular for its own good, and the food, while typical tea house food, is more ordinary/average than anything else. Given the volume here, you'd expect the milk tea and the popcorn chicken to be more fresh, but nah...

Simple, quick and fair price bowl of Tonkotsu ramen. Yummy 😋 way above average soap base, chewy noodle.

This is a great place! Haven't tried the food but it smells gooood. Lots of people come in to order out even. Will try the food soon. Their pearl milk tea is spot on though. Definitely will go back soon.

I love coming here for their drinks! The most unique thing about this place is that they have tofu hua as a topping. It adds such an awesome level of creaminess to your drink that just can't be beat. It gets crowded and busy in the afternoon, but service is pretty quick. The popcorn chicken is pretty good too! A bit thick on coating, but very tasty and flavorful.

I'm not sure what the hype was about this place. The chicken and drinks were average, but the employees here are great and hustle to get your order out.

as wide as the variety is here with drinks, the food here also complements everything very nicely. arguably one of the best tea shops around and only has a flaw of long lines around lunch time

AMAZING RAMEN! Great price! Took my Dad there for lunch this afternoon. Our meal was ready in 3 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Pretty standard for an i-Tea, maybe even below average. Food is inconsistent (screwing up the popcorn chicken more often than they should) and the location seems to be too popular for its own good-- they're friggin' packed beyond capacity, which dramatically decreases any desire to come here.

This place is no bueno. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Their taro is not good at all and they illegally charge tax like seriously.... Would never go there again go spend your money some where thats actually worth it like tastea.

This Place It Way Too Small I Hate It But When I Was In Line With My Mom People Bumped Into US And Could Of Cared Less So Un Cool And I Orders A Strawberry Fruit Tea With Ice And I Got 0 Ice I Paid 5 Bucks For A Drink i Didn't Order I Ever Asked Them Nicely For Some Ice Cause I Orders Ice And They Ignored Me !!!!! The customer service was great! My questions were answered patiently! Unfortunately the Tea I ordered was not as good as I was hoping for. I had ordered Fresh Taro Milk Tea. The one at Tea Era is so much more creamier and richer. I really liked the options for the sugar levels as well as ice level. From no sugar to 200% sugar and no ice to 100% ice. 3 star for the customer service and drink options.

If you enjoy tea drinks, then you need to come and try the tea's as the are great, plus many more options.

Best milk tea hands down! You can select your choice of ice and sugar. I typically get 30% of each. I don't like my tea too sweet. I also live far away from iTea so when I do go, I get two or three to stock up for the next few days. If you do that, I recommend getting grass jelly or pudding instead of boba because boba doesn't last as long. Enjoy!

Nice tea drinks which allow sweetness and ice customization. Food are accessible too.

The calamari is so delicious; best I've had. The chicken is also pretty awesome.
